Food Cultures and Practices Workshop

Food security, sustainability, malnutrition, and climate change are among the world's most pressing and interconnected challenges.

To help address these issues, we hosted a workshop at RMIT Europe that brought together government representatives, industry leaders, and researchers in Barcelona to examine food cultures and everyday food practices, identifying practical, collaborative solutions.

By connecting international expertise with policymakers, industry, and local communities, RMIT University is advancing cross-disciplinary research that translates knowledge into action and supports more sustainable, resilient, and equitable food systems.
